The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Program is hereby created, attached to the Office of the Governor’s Youth Affairs Office, which shall be referred to hereinafter as the Program. History —July 8, 1986, No. 75, p. 244, § 3, retroactive to July 1, 1986.
