An Advisory Board is hereby created, composed of the Secretaries of Justice, Education, the Family, Addiction Services and a representative of the Advisory Board for the Protection and Strengthening of the Family in the Office of the Governor, as ex officio members, and five (5) members appointed by the Governor for a four (4) year term and until their successors are appointed and take office.
