Without it being construed as a limitation, the Board shall have the following functions:(a) To advise the Director of the Program on the drafting and administration of the annual work plan;(b) to coordinate with the Director to carry out the purposes of the Program;(c) to advise the Director on the distribution of funds, with the approval or denial of a subsidy request and with the regulations said official shall approve in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, and(d) to ensure that the public policy established in this chapter is complied with, as well as the attainment of the objectives of the Program.
