(a) For the 2004-2005 Operating Budget of the Office of Youth Affairs, the Office of the Governor shall set aside the necessary funds for the immediate implementation of the Program. For subsequent years, such funds shall be set aside in the Operating Budget of OYA. The funds to implement the Internship Programs shall come from the annual budget allocated for the Juvempleo Program. The amount appropriated to the Juvempleo Program for operating expenses shall not be less than one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000)(b) The funds appropriated to the OYA for the implementation of this chapter may not be used, reappropriated and/or transferred for any purpose other than those contained herein.(c) The matching of Commonwealth, federal, municipal and private funds for the implementation of this chapter is hereby authorized.
