All agencies, entities, instrumentalities, and public corporations of the Government of Puerto Rico are hereby directed to comply with the rules, and meet the criteria and requirements provided in the regulations. Nothing stated herein is incompatible with the Internship Programs already established in the various agencies, entities, instrumentalities, and public corporations of the Government of Puerto Rico.
