(a) Annual Puerto Rican Youth Summit. — The annual meeting to be coordinated by the Office of Youth Affairs of the Office of the Governor with agency heads, Secretaries of the Cabinet, universities, the private sector of the Island and the representatives of Puerto Rican youth.
