(a) The Administration may enter into cooperation agreements with Commonwealth and federal government bodies, as well as continue and renew previous agreements, pursuant to the authority conferred in § 933h of this title, and § 203(n) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended.\n(b) The Administration’s intent is to continue and update the following cooperation agreements:\n(1) Cooperation agreement between the Department of Health, Education and Welfare and the Administration.\n(2) Agreement of Participation in the Overseas Property Program.\nHistory —Mar. 26, 1979, No. 28, p. 65, § 10, retroactive to Oct. 17, 1977.
