(a) The copy of Form SF123, delivery receipts and all the official records of the Administration concerning the federal program shall be kept for at least five (5) years.\n(b) The documents on items subject to restrictions shall be kept for one (1) year after the official termination of the restriction period.\n(c) When the property is under compliance status with certain terms, conditions or restrictions, the records shall be kept for one (1) year after the case is closed.\nHistory —Mar. 26, 1979, No. 28, p. 65, § 14, retroactive to Oct. 17, 1977.
