When the party is a public corporation or municipal government or their entities or corporations that have been adversely affected by a final order or resolution of the Commission and that has exhausted all remedies provided by the Commission, it may present a petition for review before the Court of Appeals within a term of thirty (30) days, beginning on the date on which the copy of the notice of the final order or resolution of the agency is filed in the records of the case or as of the applicable date of those provided in § 1753a of this title, when the term for soliciting the judicial review has been interrupted through the timely presentation of a motion for reconsideration.
