The executive agencies are hereby directed to notify the Secretary of Justice of all orders or final resolutions issued for violations to the Code of Ethics for Contractors, Suppliers and Applicants of Economic Incentives of the Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, for their publication and registration in the Public Registry as reliable evidence of the penalty that is established for similar situations by §§ 928 et seq. of this title.\nHistory —June 18, 2002, No. 84, § 8.
