The Executive Director may impose administrative sanctions on any public servant who fails to comply with the continuing education requirement established in this subchapter, after following the administrative procedure set forth by regulations for such purposes.Those public servants who fail to comply with the continuing education requirement shall be referred to the appointing authority concerned for the latter to take the appropriate disciplinary measures.
