All the government agencies involved in the projects presented under the provisions of this chapter, and from which the Planning Board requests comments and/or endorsements, shall have a non-deferrable term of five (5) working days from the request for comments and/or endorsements, to present their endorsement or opposition to the request to be evaluated.
