The government agencies are hereby authorized to issue the necessary administrative orders to enforce and comply with the purposes of this chapter.\nThe projects that are to be carried out under the provisions of this chapter, shall be exempted from the payment of any stamp, voucher, or duty required for the granting of permits, endorsements, consultations and/or certifications.\nHistory —May 5, 2000, No. 76, § 7.
