The emergency situations or events that entail the performance of works, projects, or programs that do not require the issuing of any permit, endorsement, consultation and/or certification, shall be governed by the provisions of the executive order issued by the Governor of Puerto Rico declaring said state of emergency, and throughout its duration.\nHistory —May 5, 2000, No. 76, § 10.
