In emergency situations, the Governor shall promulgate, amend, and revoke those regulations; promulgate, amend, and rescind those orders, and rescind or resolve those agreements, contracts or part thereof that he or she deems are convenient or necessary to govern during the state of emergency.\nHistory —May 5, 2000, No. 76, § 11.
