The Secretary of Justice shall give his/her opinion, in writing, to the Legislature, or any of its Bodies, as well as to the Governor or the Secretary of State, to the Controller, and to the Secretaries of Education, the Treasury, Transportation and Public Works, whenever it is requested on any issue of law regarding their respective positions.
