For the purposes of §§ 138—138r of this title, the following terms and phrases shall have the meaning expressed hereinbelow, unless a different meaning is clearly inferred from the text:(1) Agency.— Means any department, agency, instrumentality, municipality, public corporation or its subsidiary, division, bureau, branch or office of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(2) Director.— Means the Director of the Special Investigations Bureau of the Department of Justice of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, hereby created.(3) Governor.— Means the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(4) Government.— Means the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(5) Bureau.— Means the Special Investigations Bureau of the Department of Justice of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico created pursuant to §§ 138—138r of this title.(6) Secretary.— Means the Secretary of Justice of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
