The investigating personnel of the Bureau shall have the following faculties in performing the functions that are assigned to said Bureau by §§ 138—138r of this title:(1) To accuse.(2) To arrest.(3) To serve court orders.(4) To possess and bear arms.(5) To take oaths of potential witnesses in cases under investigation by the Bureau.
