The Board, by means of the adoption of bylaws and guidelines prepared by the Office of the Women’s Advocate, as set forth in § 651 of Title 8, shall establish the minimum requirements necessary for the operation of such Programs and [shall] amend such guidelines and regulations when the Board so determines. The Board shall modify its bylaws and guidelines in order for these to conform to the new provisions of § 2017 of this title.\nThe Board shall have the power to deny, suspend, cancel or revoke any license, permit or certification issued to an entity for the operation of such Program if the same does not meet the requirements set forth in the bylaws and procedural guidelines.\nHistory —Dec. 28, 2000, No. 449, § 7; Sept. 3, 2003, No. 240, § 2; Aug. 13, 2008, No. 270, § 3.
