The members of the Board shall receive per diems equal to the minimum per diem established for the members of the Legislature, up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) a year, with the exception of the Chairperson of the Board, who shall receive a per diem equal to one hundred thirty-three percent (133%) of the per diem received by the other members of the Board. All members shall also be reimbursed for the expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties that are authorized through the regulations to be adopted, pursuant to the norms established by the Secretary of the Treasury.\nHistory —Dec. 28, 2000, No. 449, § 11.
