The Board may deny a license, permit or certification to operate a diversion program to any person or entity that:\n(a) Attempts to obtain it through deceit or fraud.\n(b) Does not meet the requirements established in the regulations adopted by the Board.\nHistory —Dec. 28, 2000, No. 449, § 13.
