The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby empowered to inspect, examine and audit the operations and financial statements of the designated entities and of the charitable institutions that receive donations from public employees by virtue of the provisions of this chapter whenever said official may deem it necessary.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 1988, No. 168, § 11, eff.
