The Secretary of Justice 'or his/her successor, as established by Section 2 of this Act', is hereby empowered to make a revision of the intermediate salary ranges of employees and technicians of the Puerto Rico Property Registry, to become effective as of July 1, 2001. After that date, the Secretary 'or his/her successor, as provided in this Act', shall revise the salary ranges through regulations issued for such purpose.\nHistory —Sept. 2, 2000, No. 363, § 4, eff.
