Any party adversely affected by a judgment of the Court of Appeals may request a review thereof by filing a petition for a writ of certiorari before the Supreme Court within the jurisdictional term of thirty (30) days from the filing of the notice of entry of judgment of the Court of Appeals or of its ruling regarding a duly filed motion for reconsideration.
