The agencies shall establish a speedy and efficient procedure for the issuing of licenses, franchises, permits, endorsements and any similar matters. They shall establish, by regulations, the standards for the handling of said documents and the term within which the process for considering the license, franchise, permit, endorsement and others will be completed. A term of thirty (30) days shall be established by directive to issue the approvals referred to in this section but the agencies may establish others which are briefer or longer, in the latter case.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 1988, No. 170, § 5.1, eff. 6 months after Aug. 12, 1988.
