The agencies may establish coordinated processing centers with the purpose of considering the applications for licenses, franchises, permits and other similar matters, jointly, so that the granting thereof may be carried out simultaneously with the participation of several agencies, through officials on whom the heads of the agencies concerned have delegated the power to grant the license, franchise, permit and similar authorizations.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 1988, No. 170, § 5.2, eff. 6 months after Aug. 12, 1988.
