The Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members shall be established and payable by the budgets in effect of the agencies. In consideration of the costs, the agencies shall create consortia among various government dependencies to provide services through an assistance program for employees and their immediate family members to the employees of different dependencies.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 2002, No. 167, § 3; Oct. 1, 2007, No. 140, § 3, retroactive to July 1, 2007.
