The Assistance Program for Employees and their Immediate Family Members shall function as an independent unit. The same shall be attended by professional specialists in the human behavior field, psychiatrists, psychologists or social workers, who shall annually participate in fifteen (15) hours of training in a continuing education program which shall be coordinated between the Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration 'ASSMCA' and the Human Capital Development Division.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 2002, No. 167, § 6; Oct. 1, 2007, No. 140, § 6, retroactive to July 1, 2007.
