The Mental Health and Addiction Services Administration 'ASSMCA' shall be responsible to actively foster and offer the advice and the technical assistance needed for the establishment and development of Assistance Programs for Employees and their Immediate Family Members in agencies of the Commonwealth Government, as well as municipal governments and private enterprises which thus request it.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 2002, No. 167, § 8; Oct. 1, 2007, No. 140, § 8, retroactive to July 1, 2007.
