When there is a labor organization in a public corporation or dependency which represents the officials or employees in an appropriate collective bargaining unit, which is duly certified by the local or federal Labor Relations Board, the drug testing procedure shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter, or what has been agreed upon through a collective bargaining agreement, which shall not be less restrictive than what is contained in this chapter.\nHistory —Aug. 14, 1997, No. 78, § 21.
