Any amount that any participant has a right to receive as final pay liquidation for vacation and sick leave, and any other accumulated bonuses owned by the agency, shall be paid in equal monthly installments for a period equivalent to the period the participant had left in order to participate in the retirement program under the Retirement System.\nIf the agency has the economic resources necessary to pay the final pay of the leaves of absence in a period less than what it is herein provided, it may do so in a final global payment or fewer installments.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 2000, No. 174, § 14.
