The State Insurance Fund Corporation shall identify those employees whose experience or knowledge is essential for its sound operations. Any officials or employees so identified by the Corporation who chose early retirement, shall have the obligation to provide training services to those employees that the Corporation determines have the right to receive payment for said services, prior or after receiving the pension or benefit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
