The Environmental Quality Board of Puerto Rico, in its capacity as public agency, shall implement a Voluntary Early Retirement Program which shall be available on a voluntary basis to all employees holding positions in said Agency who, by December 31, 2008, have completed a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of creditable service as covered employees under the Retirement System of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and its instrumentalities, as previously certified by the Agency.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 244, § 1.
