It is hereby provided that the opportunity of eligible employees to avail themselves of the Voluntary Early Retirement Program of the Environmental Quality Board of Puerto Rico shall not be conditioned to their having to waive any judicial or administrative claims pending adjudication against the Environmental Quality Board of Puerto Rico.
