The special incentives that the Environmental Quality Board of Puerto Rico shall grant to those employees who comply with the parameters established in §§ 7051 and 7052 of this title shall be the following:\n(a) Full liquidation of annual sick and vacation leaves and overtime worked, in the case of employees with twenty-five (25) years or more.\n(b) Employer’s contribution to a health plan for one (1) year as of the effective date of their retirement, under the terms it is currently underwritten.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 244, § 4.
