The Right to Work Administration, hereinafter the 'Administration', shall implement a Voluntary Early Retirement Program, which shall comprise solely the employees holding positions in said government agency who may avail of a pension for years of service under the provisions of §§ 761 et seq. of this title, and who comply with the requirements of § 7072 of this title in order to avail of such plan.\nHistory —Aug. 13, 2008, No. 275, § 1.
