(a) The employee who complies with the requirements established to avail him/herself of this Voluntary Early Retirement Program shall make his/her decision on whether he/she shall avail him/herself of the Program on or before September 30, 2008.\nThe informed decision of an employee as to whether he/she shall avail him/herself of the Program provided herein shall be deemed to be final, binding, and irrevocable for all legal purposes.\nAny person who opts to avail him/herself of this benefit may not be hired by any government agency, public corporation and/or municipality within the following five (5) years.\n(b) The date of separation from service of the employees who avail themselves of the Program shall be effective on January 30, 2009.\nHistory —Aug. 13, 2008, No. 275, §§ 5, 6.
