The cases pending before the Central Bidding Reconsideration Board shall be transferred to the bidding boards of each concerned agency for their final disposal. The process shall continue pursuant to the regulations of each agency and to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, §§ 2101 et seq. of this title.
