In cases in which the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with the provisions of any other law of the Puerto Rico Legislature, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail unless the provisions of said other law specifically amend or repeal some or all of the provisions of this chapter, and the provisions of this chapter shall prevail over the provisions of any other law that is aimed at the subject of this chapter.\nHistory —Sept. 3, 2003, No. 265, § 7.
