All entities of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including its municipalities, that have Internet web pages or are about to implement [the] same, shall ensure that said web pages, as well as the electronic documentation, are designed through universal computer language that can be read by technological assistance programs for disabled persons.\nHistory —Sept. 2, 2003, No. 229, § 5, eff. 1 year after Sept. 2, 2003.
