The Advocate for Persons with Disabilities is hereby empowered to impose administrative fines up to a maximum of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), after prior notice and hearing, on any Secretary, Chief, Official, Director or person in charge, of any entity that does not comply with the provisions of this chapter. The funds collected as a result of this penalty, shall be deposited in the Special Fund of the Puerto Rico Technological Assistance Program created through §§ 831 et seq. of Title 8.\nHistory —Sept. 2, 2003, No. 229, § 8.
