The government agencies that participate in the Extended Hours Service Program shall be governed by the personnel rules established by the Central Labor Advisory and Human Resources Administration Office (OCALARH) with regard to their working hours. The participating public corporations shall be governed by their bylaws and collective bargaining agreements. The Extended Hours Service Program shall be implemented through regulations or through collective bargaining with the exclusive representatives of the employees who shall participate in the cases that §§ 1451 et seq. of this title or §§ 61 et seq. of Title 29, are applicable. The Central Labor Advisory and Human Resources Administration Office shall approve the schedules of the employees who participate in the Program and do not have an exclusive representative for collective bargaining purposes.\nHistory —Apr. 11, 2001, No. 15, § 3; Aug. 8, 2002, No. 123, § 2.
