(a) The Heads, Secretaries, and Executive Directors of agencies and public corporations are hereby directed to carry out a statistical study, within thirty (30) days after the approval of this act, that shows the number of customers that must be served by each public employee or the least amount of work that may be performed by each employee, as the case may be.\n(b) It is hereby provided that the Heads, Secretaries, and Executive Directors of agencies and public corporations shall establish the minimum parameters required to each position based on the results of the statistical study referred to in subsection (a) of this section.\nHistory —Dec. 17, 2010, No. 204, §§ 4, 5.
