The Heads, Secretaries, and Executive Directors of agencies and public corporations may recognize those employees who increase their work productivity and efficiency by means of compensation, vacation leave, or certificate of acknowledgment. To such effect, each Head, Secretary, and Executive Director of agencies and public corporations shall adopt the necessary regulations to attain the purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —Dec. 17, 2010, No. 204, § 6.
