The Office of the Comptroller shall issue circular letters to establish the guidelines it deems proper in order for the government entities to comply with this chapter. This includes, without it being a limitation, the issue of model forms that shall be adopted for the procedure related to the notices to be made to the Office of the Comptroller, and require the corresponding certifications. It shall also include requiring the information through the use of diskettes or other electronic means that are considered appropriate according to the technological advances.\nHistory —Sept. 10, 2003, No. 273, § 8, eff. 30 days after Sept. 10, 2003.
