The Office of Management and Budget shall have the duty of disclosing, through the official website of the Government of Puerto Rico, that the electronic certification system, as well as the electronic sale of stamps and vouchers, is available. The website of all agencies covered under this chapter, including, but not limited to, the Department of the Treasury, the Vital Statistics Registry, the Puerto Rico Police, the Municipal Revenue Collection Center, and the Child Support Administration, shall have a space in their home pages so that the user may click and be directed straight to the stamp and voucher selling program.\nHistory —Aug. 20, 2009, No. 85, § 9.
