The Secretary shall order the dissolution of any School Board that remains inactive for three (3) months or more, or that fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 143a—146f of this title or the regulations adopted thereunder. He/she shall also provide for the corresponding election of a new School Board within a term not to exceed thirty (30) working days, to be counted from the date of dissolution of the School Board.
