The school shall organize its offerings based on the idea that each student is a person with individual needs, aspirations and aptitudes. Correspondingly, the school:(a) Shall provide services to students with disabilities as directed by §§ 1351 et seq. of Title 18, known as the 'Integral Educational Services for Persons with Disabilities Act', and the applicable federal laws and regulations.(b) Shall implement remedial programs for students who have fallen behind academically, as well as for students at risk of dropping out of school.(c) Shall provide courses for students with high academic yield or special abilities.(d) Shall provide vocational guidance services to its enrollment.(e) Shall provide guidance services to its students to help them understand and manage the typical problems of their age group.
