The Secretary shall take the measures with the universities established in Puerto Rico so that they conform the courses they provide to the needs of the public education system in that which concerns:(a) The training of teachers in technical areas of their profession as well as in the disciplines of their specialized field.(b) Proper management of the most advanced teaching technology.(c) Training of school administration staff.(d) Training of professional staff involved in teaching-supportive tasks.(e) The establishment of continuing education and training programs for teachers.
