The Secretary may appoint teachers to administrative office when in conformance to §§ 260 et seq. of Title 18, regarding teacher certification, §§ 214 et seq. of Title 18, regarding teacher tenure, and the regulations adopted by virtue of these acts. Teachers thus appointed shall be subject to evaluations as directed by the regulations promulgated by the Secretary. History —July 15, 1999, No. 149, § 4.07.
